Linda

LEAD TRAINER & FOUNDER

Linda is the founder and head trainer at Linfit Fitness, bringing years of experience in personal training, rehabilitation, and body transformation. She specializes in strength training, corrective exercise, and sustainable fat loss for all ages. Known for her holistic approach, she combines science-based fitness, mindful movement, and nutrition guidance to help clients achieve long-term results. Haneum holds multiple certifications in Canada, including NASM CPT, Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES), and Precision Nutrition Level 1.

GURI PARK

SENIOR TRAINER

(PILATES & YOGA SPECIALIST)

Guri grew up learning yoga from her mother, one of Korea’s first-generation yoga masters. With years of experience that span traditional to modern methods, she has developed a refined sense of movement and body alignment.

As a certified BASI Pilates instructor and Master Yoga Teacher, Guri blends the two disciplines to create a balanced, healing approach that improves posture, flexibility, and core stability.

Her calm energy and precise guidance help clients connect deeply with their bodies and find balance from within.

Tess Brown

PERFORMANCE TRAINER

Tess has over 10 years of experience working with professional athletes and individuals recovering from injuries. She specializes in movement correction, strength development, and athletic conditioning. Her training integrates Pilates, functional strength, and fascia mobility work to maximize performance and prevent pain.

Lisa Rose

POSTURE & MOBILITY TRAINER

Lisa turned to fitness to correct her posture after years in a sedentary job.Through mindful movement and strength training, she discovered how exercise can realign both body and mind.

She now helps clients improve mobility, posture, and confidence through personalized corrective workouts.
